Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Opensalways Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use opensalways.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Where We Aim
We want the site to work for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
A good website is like a well-marked building. People should find their way without a guide. To get there, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may sit outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@opensalways.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@opensalways.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
