Opensalways Pest Control is a referral service. Homeowners contact us when they have a pest or wildlife problem, and we route those calls to independent providers in our network. This page is for contractors who would like to be considered.

This is not a job posting. There are no employee positions here. You keep your own business, your own name, your own crew and your own prices. We simply help homeowners find you.

Think of it as adding one more lane to a road you already drive on.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in licensed and insured local providers who handle one or more of these services:

• General pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and bed bug treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal, including exclusion and repair of entry points
• Home termite treatment and inspection

Providers who serve Commerce City, CO and the Commerce City area are a natural fit. Experience with local conditions helps, such as dry air, heavy snow loads, spring melt, wood and stucco exteriors and basement homes.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their house. We expect providers to respect that. In plain terms, that means:

• Hold the proper licenses and insurance required where you work, and be ready to show them when asked.
• Answer referred calls politely and with care.
• Explain findings in simple words, with no scare tactics.
• Give a written quote before starting work.
• Treat each home carefully and clean up after the job.
• Be honest that you are an independent business and not part of Opensalways Pest Control.

We do not set your prices, and we cannot promise any number of calls. Call volume depends on timing, location and demand.
